Step by Step Process

Once your referral is received, our lien care managers will call to coordinate the treatment, scheduling them the same day or in 24 hours. Using our step by step process via email. We keep you in the loop. We take the patient’s full name, address, date of birth, date of the accident, phone number, and availability (Morning, Noon, Afternoon).

Verification

Once your client is scheduled. Our team will send you an Appointment Confirmation email with all the appointment details. A copy will also be sent to your client’s email or cell phone.
